Karmen Hayes

Ms. Hayes has been a registered Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida for over 35 years and brings to the table her extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in all areas of real estate.

As Sales Manager for Baldwin United (formerly Criterion) she was instrumental in pioneering such Tampa Bay area projects as Northdale and Bloomingdale and maintained several offices in Central Florida. Although Karmen has enjoyed performing in a management capacity, it has always been her hands on interaction with clients and her sales and marketing skills that continue to bring her much recognition. Ms Hayes also owned and operated her own real estate office for many years and one of her specialty areas was the selection and sale of raw land, such as the Silver Thorn Golf Course ,which she sold to the Sembler Company before taking a hiatus to Hawaii in the 90's. Since her return to Florida, when she joined Florida Retail Partners nearly 20 years ago, she has worked with national tenants, land owners, and developers as well as completing many waterfront home sales.

In addition to being an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) she is also a member of the pretigious Xteam Retail Services Network. Karmen was educated in Business Relations in Michigan.
